The Andidero Finanziario Immobiliare group has been operating since 1960 in the public and private building sector. Over the years it has developed a diversification process of its activities in the tourist-hotel sector and in that of transport.

GAFI is present through shares in the private health, publishing and entertainment fields as well.

In 1992 GAFI was quoted on the Stock Exchange of Milan by means of the control of the company Ausiliare Spa, a leader in intermodal transport, projecting its potential and development strategy throughout Italy and Europe.
