The Marina Hotel and the Shopping Center will give essential functionality to the project of the tourist port, in the stage of its carrying out, promoted by the Municipality of Polignano a Mare with total 400 boat places.
For its destination directed towards the tourist activity and free time, the port integrated system and its services, on one hand will produce the environmental recovery and requalification of the existing residential areas, short of public facilities; on the other hand, it will represent a public area between the operative structures of the port and the urban conglomeration, characterized by an unpolluted environment with tourist calling.
The project has been proposed for the respective building permit through the application of the “Sportello Unico” (Single Counter) of procedure Law of the Senate No. 59/97 - D. Lgs No. 112/98 and DPR No. 447/98; moreover, it will benefit by the financial aid of Law 488 – tourism public notice.
The project has taken into consideration all the functional elements for nautical sport activity, considering some premises necessary for the activities and demands of the nautical tourist and the pleasure boaters.
