The tourist residence complex “Modoni” will be located over an area not many hundreds meters from the sea, close to Marina di Ugento (Lecce), in a panoramic area directly linked to the beach and the town.
With the promoting Group pre-existent tourist-residential experience it is intended to carry out a center for holidays and free time, where the possibility to buy a house at sea will be useful for many entertainment facilities and services, trying to make the whole complex self-sufficient and animated.
It will be a real integrated center for holidays in an already well-known tourist area in Salento, to meet the growing demand of a “second house”, present in that market.
In the area there is an old “masseria” in good static conditions which will be recovered and restored for public use as a services center connecting the new settlement and the existing urban facilities.
