For the cultural events and the shows Victor Village has an amphitheatre with 800 seats and a conference room with 160 seats. The disco provides a large enough area for evening enjoyment, while for daily purchases, there is a shopping centre, a minimarket, a newsstand and tobacconist, a boutique, and handicraft shop and an oriental bazaar. The herbalist, the hairdresser, the laundry and the games room complete the village’s range of services.
The Victor has a Telecom centre.
The village has a church for religious celebrations.
Victor Village obviously has an infirmary for small first aid operations and there is a medical service available for a fee.
The internal car park is not guarded and includes one space for each apartment. The internal roads are for pedestrians alone; bicycles can only be used by children. Victor Village also has a train shuttle service to and from the beach.
A few metres from the structure, there is a mini-golf course, a horse-riding centre, a Go-Kart track and ice-skating rink.
